Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet established quality standards through rigorous testing, process evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- 1) Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for manufacturing processes and products.
2) Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions .
3) Perform internal audits and coordinate external audits as needed.
4) Monitor production processes and product quality to identify deviations.
5) Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
6) Maintain documentation related to quality control, inspections, and compliance.
7) Support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean methodologies.
8) Interpret and communicate quality metrics and performance data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
2) 3–4 years of experience in a quality engineering role within [manufacturing / regulated industry preferred].
3) Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar).
4) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5) Effective verbal and written communication skills.
6) Familiarity with statistical analysis software and MS Office.Preferred Qualifications:
1) Experience working in Manufacturing & Automotive
2) Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP, etc., if applicable).
